- Lead the central operations charter for Valmo (Meesho's logistics division)
- Design SOPs that are user-centric, cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with business strategy
- Manage internal and external stakeholders for operational initiatives
- Drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies

- Own the operational metrics for Fulfillment and Experience
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
- Partner with analytics, product, and leadership teams to enhance user experience and reduce costs
