Job Title: Deputy Manager – Business Strategy Role Description: This is a mid-senior position, where you shall work with the core leadership team and shall be responsible for independently driving strategic projects for the organization as per business needs. Experience in retail/D2C/ consumer durables/ B2C startups preferred.

Reporting To: SM – Business Strategy Location: Bangalore Ideal Experience: Graduate from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 engineering college. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a business role/ strategy role/ chief of staff role/ founder’s office in a fast-paced startup.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CEO & HODs to develop and refine the company's product & automation priorities, and with cross-functional teams to create action plans.
- Lead the business & product transformation projects.
- Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO to communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide analysis and insights on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to drive decision-making at the executive level.
