The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly experienced RCM leader to oversee complete revenue cycle operations and ensure seamless patient onboarding, payer compliance, claim accuracy, and denial prevention.

Key Highlights of the Role

Lead large‑scale RCM operations (300 FTEs).

Drive automation initiatives (RPA, payer portals, workflow tools).

Ensure SLA,



KPI, and compliance adherence.

Mentor senior managers and build leadership pipelines.

Align RCM strategy with organizational growth and expansion.

What We're Looking For

15 years of US healthcare RCM experience.

7 years in leadership roles managing managers and large delivery teams.

Deep expertise across the full RCM lifecycle.

Solid knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer rules.

Proven track record in operational transformation and client engagement.
