We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head our Career Services & Placements function and drive impactful career outcomes for learners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall Career Services & Placement strategy

Build strong relationships with CHROs, TA Leaders, Corporates & Staffing Firms

Drive employer partnerships and placement opportunities across multiple industries

Lead learner employability and career readiness initiatives

Own end-to-end placement operations and hiring events

Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and learner outcomes

Lead and mentor teams across Corporate Outreach, Career Services & Placement Operations

What We’re Looking For

12–15 years of experience in Career Services, Placements, Corporate Relations, TA, or HR

7–9 years of experience in leading Placement/Career Services teams

Robust employer and recruiter network

Proven experience in building corporate partnerships and driving placement outcomes

Experience in Higher Education, Universities, EdTech, or Workforce Development preferred

- MBA/PGDM preferred
