NWe are looking for an Associate Dentist (BDS/MDS) with 3–5 years of clinical experience who is passionate about patient care, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in a patient-focused dental practice.

NKey Responsibilities

nAs an Associate Dentist, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while working alongside an experienced mentor.

NYour responsibilities will include:

- Conducting general dental consultations and routine clinical procedures.

- Assisting in advanced dental treatments and complex cases.

- Explaining treatment plans and guiding patients with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.

- Building strong patientrelationships through excellent communication.

- Following up with patients to support treatment acceptance and continuity of care.

- Managing qualified patient enquiries generated through digital marketing, social media, and referrals.

- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and collaborating with team members.

- Contributing to initiatives that enhance patient experience and practice growth.

nQualifications & Requirements

NBDS or MDS degree from a recognized institution.

NMinimum 3–5 years of clinical experience.

NExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

NStrong patient managementand interpersonal skills.

NProfessional, organised, and proactive approach to work.

NAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and growth-oriented setting.

NMust be able to conveniently commute to Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
