Job Responsibilities:

- Curate bibliographic information such as article title, manuscript ID, journal title, review date, editor name & editor email IDs from the peer review emails received from the peer reviewers.
- Assist customers in curating research publications to their respective profile and troubleshoot queries related to Author Profiles.
- Expected to follow prescribed editorial policies, procedures, and instructions to capture the bibliographic information with required quality metrics.
- Requires the ability and willingness to efficiently handle assigned tasks in a highly productive setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
