We re Hiring: Associate - Business Development / Business Development Manager

BiggPocket is looking for driven, result-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team. This role offers strong learning and earning potential in a high-growth fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and onboard channel partners such as Chartered Accountants, Property Consultants, and Wealth Managers
2. Build and maintain robust relationships with CAs, Mortgage Advisors, and financial intermediaries
3. Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of mortgage and lending leads
4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
5. Maintain and update partner and client databases
6. Track progress and report daily sales activities
7. Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual revenue targets Eligibility Criteria

8. Experience: 1-4 years in sales, relationship management, or business development
9. Background in fintech, bancassurance, or channel sales is preferred
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
12. Graduate (MBA preferred)

Location Requirement Candidates based within 1-1.5 hours travel distance from Patel Nagar, New Delhi will be preferred.
