About mPokket
Founded in 2016 by Gaurav Jalan, mPokket was born from a simple yet powerful realisation - while global youth enjoyed financial freedom, young Indians faced barriers. We set out to bridge the gap between aspirations and affordability by empowering the youth of Bharat
At mPokket, we exist to remove the financial friction that stalls potential. We are on a mission to empower
Young India, the Aspirants, and the Self-Starters to achieve their dreams with true financial independence.
Today, we bridge that gap by offering quick, dignified, and accessible instant loans up to ₹2,00,000. We are proud to be a trusted partner for over 65 million customers, maintaining a 4.6/5 rating on the Google Play
Store.
The same belief, that people deserve better access and greater opportunity, shapes everything we do beyond our product. Through our CSR initiatives, we have touched over 3,22,000 lives, supporting ~100 rural schools,
funding education for children from marginalised communities, providing healthcare infrastructure to critical medical institutions, empowering 3,400 women with livelihood and hygiene support, and serving over
1,00,000 meals to patients and caregivers outside cancer hospitals. Every rupee we earn carries the weight of a broader commitment to the communities we serve, not just the customers we lend to.
This commitment extends inward too. We are a Great Place To Work® Certified™ organisation - a recognition earned not from a submission, but from the honest, anonymous voices of our own people. Our 4.5+ rating on
AmbitionBox reflects the same truth. Here, every day is an opportunity to grow, create, and make a meaningful impact. Job Summary
