This role involves supervising and managing on-site execution of cargo terminal construction works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs, specifications, and aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for cargo terminal buildings and associated facilities.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and airport authorities for smooth site execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA, ICAO, and airport safety regulations.
- Review shop drawings, method statements,
and material submittals.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with design and project teams.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality documentation.
- Support commissioning and handover of cargo terminal facilities. Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 12 years of experience in terminal or industrial building construction.
- Robust knowledge of airport or cargo terminal construction practices.
