Lead Engineer Front-End

Location: Kochi (Work from Office 5 Days)

Reports To: Technical Program Managers

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to architect scalable

solutions, guide teams, and deliver high-quality Angular applications.

Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable front-end solutions using Angular.

Guide and mentor team members; perform code reviews and enforce best

practices.

Provide accurate effort estimations and plan frontend deliverables.

Collaborate with BAs, Analytics, Architects, and UX Designers to clarify

requirements.

Ensure Figma designs are implemented pixel-perfect.

Build responsive layouts optimized for multiple screen sizes.

Integrate APIs with strong error handling and monitoring.

Develop reusable templates and Angular Material themes.

Oversee deployment activities and monitor build pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Track and resolve API errors and production issues.

Requirements





8+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years in a lead role.

Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.

Solid experience with RxJS and Jest.

Proven track record delivering responsive, pixel-perfect designs from Figma.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with NgRx for state management.

Knowledge of Node.js/Java Spring Boot for backend integrations.

Familiarity with Azure Cloud and CI/CD practices.

Nice to Have

Airline/Aviation industry experience.
