We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Resident General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments. There are 45 keys to this building. This is a residential position requiring the manager to stay on the property and be available to supervise operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth venue functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the venue.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support staff.
- Ensure the venue is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for events.
- Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Handle basic administrative and managerial tasks, including record-keeping and operational reporting.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Residential Requirement

- This is a live-in position, and the manager will be required to stay in office.




- Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company.
- Housekeeping staff will also be available on-site to support daily operations and property maintenance.

Leave Policy

- As this role requires continuous on-site presence, weekly off days may be accumulated and availed together after a mutually agreed period (typically every 23 months).
- Alternatively, unused weekly offs may be compensated/encashed as per company policy.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, venue management, guest relations, or a similar managerial role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple operational activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable living on-site and handling responsibilities in a residential work environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while addressing guest or operational concerns.
