Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for an engineering background, post-graduation in management is a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in channel sales, with prior exposure to BFSI, government, or jewelry sectors.
- Possess good techno-commercial experience in B2B and channel sales, demonstrating a customer-focused and relationship-driven approach.
- Demonstrate result-oriented high resilience, self-motivation, and excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Exhibit high ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of system integrators and architects, along with excellent problem-solving skills, is essential.
