- Led and managed the hiring team consisting of a mix of experienced and junior recruiters.
- Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.
- Advise the organizations hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
- Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment software, social media, and labor legislation.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct stay interviews, engagement surveys, and exit interviews to improve retention.
