Honeycomb creative support is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content that brings our brand stories, campaigns, and products to life. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and digital content creation, with the ability to transform concepts into impactful visual experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Create visually engaging assets for: Social Media Platforms, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Performance Marketing, E-commerce Platforms, Product Launches, In-store Digital Displays, Corporate Presentations and Brand Films.
- Design animated banners, reels, short-form videos, explainer videos, and promotional content.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Category, and Creative teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into impactful motion design concepts.
- Edit and enhance video footage by incorporating animations, visual effects, typography, transitions, and sound elements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual communication across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and industry best practices.
- Support photography, videography, and multimedia projects whenever required.
- Optimize content formats for different digital platforms and audience engagement.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 38 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or Multimedia Design.
- Strong proficiency in: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder.
- Good understanding of animation principles, motion design, visual storytelling, and video production workflows.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with both digital and print creative teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail,creativity, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, consumer brands, or agency environments.
- Knowledge of sound editing and audio synchronization.
- Experience in creating performance marketing creatives and social media video campaigns.
- Understanding of current digital content trends and platform-specific requirements.
