Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and developing new agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure their continued growth and success.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agents' skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize agent development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent development goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to help agents achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the insurance product life cycle and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is an asset.
