We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field,



preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by Axis Max Life Insurance Limited.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to sales management.
