Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
