We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Elite Vertical in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with expertise in channel sales and distribution.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales performance.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales activities,



ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of channel sales and distribution methods, including agent recruitment and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
