We are looking for an experienced Software Automation Test Engineer to join our QA team on a contract basis for an upcoming long-term project. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in automation testing for web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through robust automation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Validate REST APIs using Postman and automation tools.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation documentation.
- Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
- Support CI/CD and quality assurance best practices.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams
