- Robust understanding of:
- 8D
- 5 Why Analysis
- Fishbone Diagram
- CAPA
- Good interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and calibration management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting.
