>Data Operations Executive (Freelance)

Engagement Type: Freelance / Part-Time
Time Commitment: Approximately 2 Hours per Day or 10 Hours per Week

Role Overview

CVant is looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Executive to support website data management and operational activities. The role involves maintaining records received through website forms, organizing data, creating trackers, and ensuring information is accurately captured and updated.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process data received through website forms and submissions
- Create, maintain, and update Excel-based trackers and databases
- Organize candidate, lead, booking, payment, and operational data
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization
- Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect records
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required
- Support operational data management activities as assigned

Required Skills Qualifications

- 3 6 years of experience in operations,



administration, data management, coordination, or similar roles
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to create and maintain structured data trackers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Mandatory Requirements

- Own laptop or desktop with reliable internet connectivity
- Availability for approximately 10 hours per week
- Ability to communicate remotely and provide regular status updates

Compensation

200 500 per hour

Compensation will vary based on:

- Complexity of work
- Volume of data to be managed
- Reporting requirements
- Experience and proficiency in Excel
