Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage food & beverage projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Work in strict timelines to ensure on-time project commissioning.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the F&B; industry.

- Conduct location surveys, meet and negotiate with brokers and owners.

- Deal with Consultants, list down their recommendations and help in execution.

- Oversee resource management, including staffing, equipment rental, and inventory control throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.





- Deal with all Project Specific Requirements to ensure project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in food & beverage services or related field (hotels/restaurants).

- Diploma/BHM/BHMCT degree in Food Technology or relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Excellent presentation skills for effective communication with clients/stakeholders; solid interpersonal skills for teamwork/leadership roles.

- Passion for food and beverages, especially for a unique concept start-up.
