Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is mandatory.
- Prior exposure to Manufacturing/Engineering recruitment will be preferred.
- Robust Key Account Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
- Ability lead and mentor and guide teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Must be from the Recruitment/Staffing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management abilities.
