Role & responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, RFQs, and client requirements.
- Analyze tenders and prepare accurate quotations considering material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Coordinate with clients for technical discussions, scope clarification, and project requirements.
- Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings, including layouts, GA drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, revisions, and estimation records.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- 1-3 years of experience in estimation, costing, and AutoCAD drafting (HVAC/MEP/manufacturing experience preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of BOQ preparation, engineering drawings, and cost estimation.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
