Hiring: LMS & Digital Course Lead (Project Manager & Developer)

Work Mode: Remote | Part-Time

We are seeking a senior EdTech professional who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The role involves building and managing end-to-end learning ecosystems, optimizing LMS platforms, and leading the creation of high-quality digital courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, etc.)
- Handle integrations and standards (SCORM, xAPI, H5P)
- Develop engaging courses using Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, or similar tools
- Design learning journeys, assessments, and certifications
- Lead SMEs, designers, and developers for timely delivery
- Track analytics to improve learner engagement and outcomes
- Who Should Apply

- 10-15 years in EdTech, LMS and digital course creation
- Freelancers, consultants,



or professionals open to part-time/fractional roles
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Prospect

- Remote, Part-Time (flexible engagement)
- The position may be transitioned to a full-time role based on project requirements, demonstrated performance, availability, and mutual agreement, following a quarterly performance review.

Remuneration: Based on qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated competencies, level of commitment and nature of engagement (part-time/full-time).
