Role & responsibilities - ASC Infratech is looking for experienced Site Engineers for Bridge Construction projects to lead the execution of bridge projects from foundation to superstructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC and PSC bridge construction, ensuring timely execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
- Supervise bridge construction activities including foundations, substructure, superstructure, launching, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, survey, billing, subcontractors, and client/consultant teams.
- Monitor labour, machinery, and material utilization to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve technical issues at site and support timely project completion.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with NHAI, MoRTH, Railways, or State Highway Authority bridge projects.
- Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to project sites across India.
