About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager SEO to lead SEO projects, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of SEO professionals. The ideal candidate should have robust technical SEO expertise, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end SEO campaigns for multiple clients across diverse industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Conduct regular client meetings, present performance reports, and recommend growth strategies.
- Perform comprehensive Technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve website health and organic performance.
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and content optimization strategies.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Executives and Senior SEO Executives to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
- Train and upskill team members on SEO best practices, industry trends, and advanced optimization techniques.
- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to project timelines.




- Collaborate with content, development, design, and performance marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and implement strategies accordingly.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Experience handling enterprise or international SEO projects will be an added advantage.
