Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Align business objectives with technology strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
- Define target-state architecture and transition roadmaps across application, data, integration, security, and technology domains.
- Ensure architecture governance and compliance with enterprise standards.

Solution & Application Architecture

- Translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into comprehensive architecture designs and blueprints.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions leveraging modern architectural patterns.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on solution design decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and frameworks aligned with enterprise objectives.

Microservices & Contemporary Architectures

- Design and govern microservices-based application architectures.
- Define service decomposition, API strategies,



event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of enterprise applications.
- Guide teams on cloud-native and container-based deployment models.

Architecture Documentation

- Create and review:
- Enterprise Architecture Artifacts
- High-Level Design (HLD) Documents
- Low-Level Design (LLD) Documents
- Solution Blueprints
- Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
- Integration Design Documents
- Ensure architecture documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, vendors, and technology partners to define architecture solutions.
- Present architecture recommendations, trade-offs, and implementation roadmaps to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams on architecture best practices.
