Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Zomato.

- Handle product listings, catalogue management, pricing, and inventory management.

- Coordinate with platform account managers for onboarding, campaigns, and visibility.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to maximize sales and customer acquisition.

- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

- Track platform performance, sales, and key metrics; prepare regular reports and actionable insights.

- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, warehouse, and marketing for seamless execution.

- Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory, and platform performance.

- Plan, execute, and optimize Blinkit Ads to improve product visibility, drive conversions,



maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and achieve sales targets through data-driven campaign management.

- Ecommerce Shopify Experience Preffered

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience managing Quick Commerce or Marketplace accounts.

- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Zomato, or similar platforms.

- Robust understanding of catalogue management, promotions, inventory planning, and analytics.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;

experience with marketplace dashboards is preferred.

- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, or Consumer Brands will be an added advantage.
