We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager with 4–6 years of experience in retail, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage our customer-facing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Guide clients through consultation and treatment journeys, conduct phone/WhatsApp follow-ups, re-engage inactive leads, and handle escalations.
- Operations & Leadership: Supervise daily store operations, schedule rosters, and mentor Hair Coaches and support staff.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue targets, cross-selling/upselling, and store footfall.
- Admin & Inventory: Maintain daily MIS reporting, CRM data accuracy, and stock replenishment.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate degree (Mandatory).
- Experience: 4–6 years in customer-facing roles, with 2 years managing teams.
- Skills: Solid communication, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools experience.
- Mindset: High ownership, proactive, and target-driven.
