Job Summary

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to lead high-performing sales teams and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C Sales, team management, performance optimization, and sales operations. The role requires a target-driven leader with excellent people management and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor Inside Sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive team productivity, revenue, and conversion while ensuring operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions to improve team performance.
- Develop action plans to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
- Track team performance through MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Training, Quality, HR, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business execution.




- Handle escalations and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain a high-performing team.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales.
- Minimum 2+ years of Team Handling experience.
- Strong experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales operations.
- Hands-on experience managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Qualification
- Graduation is Mandatory.

Preferred
- Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days.
