Assistant Sales Manager Kerala (PEB / Building Envelope Solutions) Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Experience: Minimum 58 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) preferred Industry Preference PEB, Building Envelope Solutions, PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, Roofing & Cladding Systems, Steel Buildings, Construction Materials, Industrial Project Sales.

Key Responsibilities - Generate and develop new business opportunities for PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, and Building Envelope Solutions.

- Identify and track industrial, commercial, warehousing, cold chain, pharmaceutical, food processing, and infrastructure projects.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Support consultant approvals, product specifications, and vendor registrations.
- Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Manage sales enquiries from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer requirements.

Required Skills Technical Skills

- Knowledge of PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, Roofing & Cladding Systems.
- Basic understanding of PEB structures and Building Envelope Solutions.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and costing.
