Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and agile Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Kochi outlet in Kerala. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service and food quality standards, and lead a motivated team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

· Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

· Supervise and coordinate front office, BOH& and service staff.

· Handle staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline.

· Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance in all areas of operation.

· Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

· Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination & Purchase software.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.

· Drive sales targets and support promotional activities.

· Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.

· Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality.





· Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

· Manage Budget and P&L; with strict adherence to cost and operational Budgets.

· Hiring and training and retaining Staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour operations.

· Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and reporting.

· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

· Sound understanding of Budget and P&L;, Inventory Management.
