Role & responsibilities

- Identify key accounts, new markets and opportunities for business growth.

- .Generate leads, enquiries and manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.

- Conduct customer visits, presentations and techno-commercial discussions.

- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial quotations within company guidelines.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Follow up on orders, payments and customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Coordinate with Technical, Production, Service, Logistics and Finance teams for smooth order execution.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, sales forecasts and regular MIS reports.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery/equipment sales.

- Understanding of plastics processing industry will be preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of techno-commercial sales processes.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Good customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to understand technical requirements.

- Strong follow-up and order-closing ability.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP systems.

- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.

- Strong business development and networking skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
