About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager - CSS Sales to drive the sales of our Compact Substations (CSS) across the Delhi region.

The ideal candidate should have experience in technical B2B sales within the electrical industry and should be confident in working with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, builders, dealers, and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities for Compact Substations (CSS).

Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, builders, dealers, and corporate customers.

Generate enquiries and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate orders.

Achieve assigned sales targets while contributing to business growth.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who have:

3 - 5 years of experience in sales of electrical products such as Transformers, Compact Substations (CSS), LT/HT Panels, DG Sets, UPS, EPC solutions, or related industries.

Diploma / B.Tech / MBA in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and professional business communication.

Candidates with prior experience in the electrical power equipment industry will be preferred.
