- Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and 3d Views and specifications.
- Take off quantities from drawings and specifications and rate analysis.
- Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Assist in preparation of tender documents and bid analysis.
- Track project progress and prepare interim payment applications.
- Verify contractor bills and invoices.
- Maintain records of variations, changes, and claims.
- Coordinate with design, project architect and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms.
- Support senior QS in all documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
