Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:

- Teach undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) courses in Operation Theater Technology.

- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, lab/practical manuals, and assessment tools in line with curriculum guidelines.

- Supervise students in laboratory-based and simulation-based training.
N
- Mentor and evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and presentations.
N

nResearch and Development:

N

- Engage in academic research related to OT technology and contribute to scholarly publications.
N
- Encourage and supervisestudent research projects.
N
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in OT techniques and equipment.
N

nAdministrative Responsibilities:

- Contribute to thedevelopment and review of the academic curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits,



and university events.
N
- Assist in organizing workshops, continuing education programs, and faculty development activities.
N
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.
N

nQualifications andExperience:

N

n
- Master's degree in Operation Theater Technology or related field from a recognized university (M.Sc. in OTT preferred).
N
- Minimum 4-6 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience in a hospital/educational setting.
N
- Solid understanding ofsurgical protocols, infection control, and OT management.
N
- Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills.
