University with AICTE approval for its MBA (College Code 1284). The institute runs 17 undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes under the NEP 2020 framework, blending Indian knowledge systems with contemporary pedagogy. Role Description The Assistant Professor of Computer Science will teach across the six-semester BCA programme — preparing and delivering lectures, running practical lab sessions in our 60-system computer laboratory, and evaluating student performance.



The role includes designing and updating course content in line with NEP 2020, supervising student capstone projects, and mentoring learners from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time, on-site role at the BITE campus in Babatpur, Varanasi. Qualifications

- MCA, M.Tech / M.E., or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Ability to teach programming at undergraduate level — Python and Java in particular, alongside C and C++.
- Comfort teaching DBMS, data structures, software engineering and networks.
- Familiarity with data science and AI/ML foundations, which the BCA curriculum introduces.
- Practical lab instruction experience; ability to run hands-on sessions rather than lecture alone.
- NET or a PhD is preferred but not required for this role.
- Effective classroom management, inclusive teaching, and fluency in Hindi and English. Remuneration
