Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer / Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess solid leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and overall production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in FRP/Composite manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality management systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
