 Own operational execution of the Primo Program and ensure smooth program governance.

 Manage the Bus Operator lifecycle, including on boarding, deboarding, and program compliance.

 Drive Primo Tag enablement, Clickwrap Agreement execution, and related processes.

 Own and execute Primo Branding initiatives

 Manage Primo Merchandise procurement, inventory planning, distribution across regions.

 Manage Vendors associated with Branding, Merchandising to facilitate smooth accomplishment of KRAs

 Support current initiatives, pilot programs, and process improvement projects by coordinating cross-functional execution and tracking impact.

 Coordinate with Supply, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure seamless execution of program deliverables.

 Publish weekly, fortnightly, and monthly performance reports, including target vs.

achievement reviews,



and support governance reviews with regional teams.

 Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve program outcomes.

 Monitor program KPIs and build dashboards, scorecards, and trackers to provide actionable insights on program performance, adoption, and regional execution.

 Work closely with the finance team to seamlessly streamline payments to vendors, BO reimbursements, billings, PO creation & closure. Closely track spends as per budget allocation and own the provisioning of monthly spends

 Own the planning and execution of the Primo WhatsApp communication calendar to keep partners informed and engaged with key program initiatives and updates.
