Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth inbound and outbound operations, efficient manpower utilization, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.

- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of materials.

- Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent damages and delays.

- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and operational efficiency.

- Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.

- Monitor stock movement and investigate discrepancies.

- Coordinate with transport, customer service, and internal departments for smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.

- Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
