# We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager – HVAC (Fitout, Retrofit & AMC Services)

Employment Type: Full-time ### About the Role We are looking for a versatile and experienced Assistant Manager – HVAC to oversee fast-track fitout projects, retrofit upgrades, and post-installation AMC/service operations across Pune. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution—from site setup and retrofitting legacy systems to managing preventive maintenance contracts and quick breakdown resolution. ### Key Responsibilities

Commercial Fitout Execution: Lead and supervise quick-track interior fitout HVAC installations (VRF/VRV, chilled water, ducting, testing, and commissioning) in coordination with contractors and vendors.

System Retrofitting & Upgrades: Conduct technical site audits on existing operational facilities to plan and execute retrofits, equipment replacements, and system energy-efficiency upgrades with minimal operational downtime.

AMC & Service Operations: Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), schedule preventive maintenance programs, track service SLAs, and handle emergency breakdown responses.

Team & Technician Supervision: Lead in-house field engineers, service technicians, and sub-contractors; manage team rosters, site safety, and execution quality.

Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, manage sub-vendors for retrofitting jobs, and track material usage to keep maintenance and project costs within budget.





Client Relationship & Escalations: Act as the primary technical contact for facility managers and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, quick issue resolution, and timely AMC renewals/service billings. ### Requirements & Qualifications Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / ITI

Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC fitouts, retrofit projects, and service/AMC maintenance

.

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in VRF/VRV, Chilled Water Systems, AHUs, Package Units, and Ventilation systems.

Strong troubleshooting capability for mechanical, electrical, and control-side HVAC issues.

Experience working in live commercial buildings, corporate offices, or retail environments.

Soft Skills: Resource management, strong client communication, conflict resolution, and leadership under high-pressure project deadlines.

Location Preference: Based in or around Pune with local market and vendor knowledge. ### What We Offer
