Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – University Partnerships to build and manage strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent partnership opportunities, executing university tie-ups, managing institutional relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with partner universities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and establish partnerships with universities.

- Manage end-to-end university tie-ups, including negotiations, MoUs, and documentation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with university officials and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.

- Maintain partnership records, reports, and compliance documentation.

- Track partnership performance and provide regular updates to management.

- Travel for university meetings, networking,



and business development activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 2–6 years of experience in University Partnerships, Institutional Relations, B2B Partnerships, or Business Development.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Experience in handling MoUs, institutional collaborations, and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
