Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

- Ensure proper material inward/outward documentation (GRN, issue slips, stock registers).

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and physical stock verification.

- Coordinate with procurement team for incoming materials and delivery tracking.

- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical items.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and proper material identification systems.

- Supervise store assistants, helpers, and loading/unloading activities.

- Ensure secure handling, storage, and preservation of materials.

- Support production and project teams with timely material availability.

- Maintain MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, and stock movement.
