Role Description The Assistant Manager R&M; (Repairs & Maintenance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities across airport hospitality facilities, ensuring all equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure are safe, functional, and well-presented.

The Assistant

Manager R&M; coordinates with vendors and internal teams for preventive and corrective maintenance, manages maintenance schedules, and tracks work orders and inventory. The role includes monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards, documenting inspections, and reporting issues promptly. This position also supports continuous improvement initiatives,



helping optimize maintenance processes to minimize downtime and enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge related to facility maintenance, building services, and basic electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.

Experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including vendor and contractor coordination.

Proficiency in using maintenance management tools or software for scheduling, tracking work orders, and maintaining records.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced hospitality or service environment.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with operations, housekeeping, front-of-house teams, and external partners.

Knowledge of safety, health, and compliance standards relevant to facility and equipment maintenance.

Previous experience in hospitality, airport operations, or facilities management is highly beneficial.

Diploma or degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to work on-site in Goa with flexibility for shift-based or extended hours when required.

Should Have strong knowledge of Goa Market.
