- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure
- compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and company policies
- Monitor QA/QC activities in office, ensuring compliance with the project
- specifications, applicable codes, and companys quality policies.
- Inspect all the documents as well as construction activities and materials to ensure
- compliance with approved standards.
- Coordinate and witness third-party tests and inspections.
- Attending the meeting with the clients and management team.
- Coordinate for the the management review meetings and updating on the actions to
- be taken.
- Assist in preparing Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality
- Checklists.
- Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, records, and reports.
- Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive
- actions.
- Support internal and external audits and help ensure timely closure of audit
- findings.
- Conduct quality awareness and training programs for site personnel.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment
