Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement process including RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchase order creation.

- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, fabrication items, marine components, and services.

- Coordinate with production, planning, and engineering teams for material requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.

- Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and compliance.

- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and documentation for audits.

- Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

- Work closely with stores, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.

- Prepare MIS reports on procurement status, cost savings, and vendor performance.

- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and industry standards.
