ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Assistant Manager –

Operations & Strategy to manage backend operations, streamline processes, and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, driving process improvements, managing cross-functional coordination, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute strategic projects while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee and manage day-to-day backend operational activities.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of operational workflows.

Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.

Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

Drive process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and accuracy.

Collaborate with technology and product teams to automate manual processes.

Implement best practices and operational controls to enhance efficiency.

Support leadership in developing and executing strategic initiatives.

Conduct business analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.

Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Assist in annual planning, forecasting, and goal-setting exercises.

Track strategic projects and ensure timely execution.

Analyze operational and business performance data.

Create MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Product, Finance,



HR, and Business teams.

Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations and project coordination.

Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Operations, Business Strategy, Program Management, or Process Excellence roles.

Experience in managing backend operations and process improvement initiatives.
