Job DescriptionRole Purpose

NSupport end-to-end NRI account opening and modification by ensuring accurate KYC/KRA compliance, timely verification, and smooth coordination with clients, RMs, and internal teams.

NKey Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end NRI account opening and modification cases, including document scrutiny, verification, and follow-ups.

- Well-versed with KRA/KYC requirements for NRI clients, including NRE/NRO, FATCA, CRS, and overseas attestation norms.
N
- Perform hands-on verification of documents and ensure compliance as per regulatory and internal guidelines.
N
- Coordinate closely withclients, Relationship Managers, branches, and central teams to resolve NRI account opening queries.
N
- Maintain and update MISon a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
N
- Track pending cases, highlight bottlenecks, and drive closures within defined TATs.
N
- Handle exceptions and complex cases with proper escalation and documentation.
N




- Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and regulatory standards at all times.
N
- Support process improvements by flagging recurring issues and suggesting practical solutions.
N

- Solid working knowledge of NRI KYC/KRA processes.

- Hands-on experience in account opening and verification.

- Clear and confident communication skills—written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure situations calmly.

- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

- Comfortable working with data, MIS, and internal systems.

nPreferred Profile

- Prior experience in NRI onboarding, operations, or compliance support.

- Exposure to banking, broking, or wealth management environments is a plus.
