Role & responsibilities
- Lead R&D; projects from laboratory development to commercial manufacturing.
- Develop and implement synthetic routes, process optimization, and cost reduction strategies.
- Manage technology transfer, scale-up, validation, and plant troubleshooting.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budget.
- Review technical reports, SOPs, batch records, and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Procurement, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation, process improvements, and continuous productivity enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, EHS, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the R&D; team.
- Support audits, customer queries, and regulatory inspections while ensuring successful project delivery.
